- Proactively promote the company’s work environment and career opportunities on social media and other networks (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Support the successful recruitment and onboarding of new staff and responsible for full employee lifecycle
- Support various key HR projects
- Follow up outsourced staff
- Collaborate in the development of active hiring approaches using headhunting methods to enhance team efficiency on the matter
- Conduct surveys and update the recruitment status in the market

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- 3years experience in recruitment in the IT industry
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or HR-related fields
- Attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects in an ever-changing startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resource management, or other related fields
- Strong ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
- High responsibility at work
Nice-to-have:
- Have experience in headhunting
- Have experience in leading a team
