**Responsibilities**:
1. Manages and develops the company’s CSR, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental functions, implementing policies, procedures and systems to provide for a safe and secure business operation.

2. Maintains up-to-date information and knowledge on new developments in the area of CSR, Safety, Health, Environment, and Loss Prevention. Seeks out best practices within the industry and internationally to ensure continuous improvement within the organization.

3. Represents the company with local government organizations related to CSR, safety, security and health, in order to ensure a mutual understanding of the Company’s goals and requirements, and to work in a co-operative partnership with local resources.

General Safety and Health

4. In relation to Safety programs, plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, regional and national regulations.

5. Plans and implements programs to train managers and employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention and correct handling techniques for equipment and other materials. In addition, ensures sufficient numbers of personnel are certified in first aid and CPR.

6. Prepares studies and analyses of industrial accident causes and hazards to health for use by company personnel and outside agencies.

7. Inspects organization facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.

8. Establish formal program for proceeding completing Risk Assessment. Plan to review Risk Assessment at least yearly.

9. Provides information, signs, posters, barriers, and other materials to warn of potential and actual safety hazards and to prevent access to hazardous conditions.

10. Leads the investigation of accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for organization in hearings, lawsuits and insurance investigations.

11. Compiles and submits accident reports required by regulatory agencies.

12. Maintains safety files and records.

Fire Services

13. Establishes appropriate service and staffing levels.

14. Coordinates, administers and monitors fire and emergency response activities, equipment, personnel and programs.

15. Provides consultation and staff assistance to local city manager and other government officials.

16. Develops the budget for fire related equipment and materials.

17. Directs the selection, supervision, training, development and discipline of the fire crew.

18. Evaluates fire prevention and fire control policies by keeping informed of new methods and conducting studies of departmental operations.

19. Assumes personal command at any multiple alarm fires.

20. Coordinates mutual fire protection plans, emergency responses, and other department activities with surrounding jurisdictions, other departments and organizations.

21. Directs investigations into causes of fires and inspections of buildings for fire hazards.

22. Makes final interpretation of fire and building regulations, ordinances, codes and applicable laws to ensure compliance and consistency.

23. Controls issue of occupancy permits and similar licenses.

Security

24. Establishes operational procedures for activities such as traffic control, guarding and patrolling physical property, and investigations of thefts, vandalism, and other crimes that occur on company property.

25. Confers with representatives of management to formulate policies, determine need for programs, and coordinate such programs with other operational activities.

26. Directs activities of security guards and other security related personnel.

27. Monitors parking and parking related activities.

Environmental

28. Establishes the companies environmental standard and implements a program of education to line managers

29. Establish a formal program to ensure site inspection are done monthly

30. Implement any company directives related to environmental controls

31. Educate the staff and terminal users on environmental hazards and their effect on the environment

32. Co-ordinates with local government that the standards are in line with local and national procedures

Corporate Social Responsibility

33. Develop and implement CSR plan for company in line with group CSR strategy

34. Make and recommend the CSR budget.
