**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for overseeing employees and daily operations within the service department.
- Developing and managing a team coverage for operation managing campus and service center.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback - Feedback management.
- Develop and manage long-lasting processes that will allow us to maintain high reputation scores.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee’s issues, follow-up and make sure close-loop to all escalations.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives per business or operation needs.
- Responsible for supporting tasks related to the logistics of company events.
- Budget department tracking.
- Hiring, training and managing team members in best consumer service.
- Implementing improvements the customer service and service mindset for members.
- Other duties as assign by Head of department.

**Job Qualifications**
- Have a university degree, +2 years experience at manage a team
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills internally.
- Comfortable with utilizing new technologies/ office tools
- **Good English communication skills.**:

- Ability to handle stress to operate under deadlines.
- Exhibit honesty, responsibility, hard-work and teamwork.
