**The Opportunity**

An exciting new opportunity to become a team member of the Client Experience team with a focus on ATO Lodgments has become available in Ho Chi Minh City.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manages XPM Tax lodgments
- Maintains client details in BLG CAS360, ATO portal, Class Super and Xero
- Liaises with government departments and statutory bodies including ATO, ABR and ASIC
- Documents and updates ATO Lodgment processes
- Provides back up administrative support to Customer Experience and Compliance Teams

**Key Skills & Experience**
- At least 2 years of administration experience
- Exposure to the ATO/ tax lodgment in accounting firms is highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal English communication
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and seek solutions in situations were unsure.
- Continuously look for improvements and efficiencies with ATO Lodgments
