**Duties & Responsibilities**
- ** Content Creation**: Develop and manage high-quality content for Whitecoat's telehealth platform, including the app, website, blog, social media channels, and other marketing materials
- ** C**ontent Checking**: Review and edit both internal and external communications, including press releases, thought articles, product launches, and quarterly company updates in both English and Vietnamese to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging
- ** Market Research**: Analyze market trends and customer needs in the telehealth and healthcare industry to ensure content is relevant and impactful
- ** C**ollaboration with Media Partners**: Work closely with media partners to create and execute joint communication campaigns, focusing on telehealth awareness and health education
- ** Digital Management**: Manage digital platforms and marketing assets to ensure they are up-to-date and effectively utilized
- ** C**ampaign Execution**: Operate and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies and objectives
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Design, and Sales, to ensure content consistency and effectiveness in promoting Whitecoat's services

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Marketing or Digital Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
- Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese
- Writing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and engagingly about telehealth services and general health topics
- Independent Content Development: Demonstrate the ability to independently develop content from various angles
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and idea generation skills for content development, particularly in the telehealth and healthcare space
- Design Skills: Ability to design images and edit videos is a plus
- A professional work ethic, responsibility, and a passion for learning and exploring new ideas
