- Purpose of Job: Perform technical leadership of the team and responsible for developing stable and scalable BAEMIN platform.

Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years ofbackend software development experience
- 3+ years of engineeringteam management experience
- Experience in implementing aMicroservice Architecture
- Experience in domain-oriented technology design and implementation
- Experience in cloud services such asAWS and GCP
- Enjoy discussions about the stability and scalability of backend systems
- Have a positive personality and be active in everything
- Be able to motivate yourself and be thorough in self-management
- Ability to collaborate with other teams to define problems and find solutions

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical lead in cross-functional organizations centered on domains and missions, such as Squad and Cell
- Experience in development withNode.js and NoSQL
- Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with unit testing, integration test automation, and deployment automation
- Experience in working in an English-speaking multinational team.
