- Scrum, Agile methodology
- You may be optionally assigned to work on Mobile Application projects if you are interested in.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience working with backend programming languages (PHP/.NET/Python/Ruby). PHP is a plus.
- Strong in system architecture design: Clean architecture, Microservices, Monorepo (Good knowledge of software architecture and technical skills is a big plus).
- Experience working with GitLab CI/CD, Docker (Swarm), and Cloudflare.
- Open to continuous learning & experimentation.
- Strong communication skills in a cross-departmental environment.
- Proficient in English communication (both verbal & written).
- Good leadership and project management skills.
- Understands user needs and focuses on providing value for the user and the client.
- Domain knowledge in CRM, Accounting, Tax, Banking, Healthcare is a plus.
