**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Content Planning**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive content strategies aligned with the luxury cruise tour objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and a compelling brand voice.
- **Cruise Tour Narrative**: Develop captivating narratives that highlight the unique features, itineraries, and experiences of our cruise tours, appealing to diverse target audiences and customer segments.
- **Visual Content**: Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing and impactful content, such as infographics, videos, and interactive media, enhancing our storytelling capabilities.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, fostering engagement, building brand loyalty, and driving traffic to our website.
- **Influencer Collaboration**: Identify and collaborate with travel influencers and cruise enthusiasts to create authentic and compelling content that resonates with our audience and expands our reach.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging content across various channels, aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- **Analytics and Optimization**: Regularly analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data, making data-driven recommendations to optimize content strategies and improve audience reach and engagement.
- **Report to**: Digital Marketing Leader

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Experience in crafting content for various digital platforms and social media channels.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and communicating with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for travel, cruise experiences, and the tourism industry.
