**Responsibilities**: General affairs related to the company's operation (recruitment, health check...)

1. Raw materials & Finish Goods inventory management and raw materials purchasing (Must)

2. Employee working hours calculation

3. Government response

4. Contact with accounting firms

5. Employee contract assistance

- Knowledge

+ Labor laws and social insurance

+ Reporting and data analysis
- Experience: Working experience in food production factory as an Admin
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Have full of curiosity and can challenge new duties
- Have patience and do not give up for difficulty
- Willing to work flexible schedule as requirement
- Adaptability, Honesty, Discipline, Initiative, Problem-solving, Time management;
- Understand the market of F&B industry or interest in the F&B Industry;
- Good command of English;
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
