- Develop unique, stand-out branding creative materials, including reels, social videos, gifs, animation, and still formats.
- Create graphic/visual content aligned with our brand guidelines, values and graphic guidelines in a consistent manner for all digital channels (web, social media, internal communication) by utilizing company assets, external licensed resources or creating new assets.
- Create different printed marketing collaterals used in venue and event branding; merchandise and swag design, visual content for internal communication such as brochures, posters, banners, flyers, etc
- Follow, maintain, and make suggestions to improve the Global Brand Book.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables.
- Take approved concepts into production by creating new assets, reworking existing assets, or licensing design library content following guidance.
- Supervise other designer(s) in terms of overseeing work, setting goals, and measuring performance as well as mentor them in best practices, design process, and ideation.
- Ensure consistency across various channels and departments with brand guidelines.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders from all PS studios and that the needs of each studio are met on time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field;
- 3+ years of relevant Marketing Design experience
- 1+ years of experience managing/mentoring in-house design teams in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to mentor and receive feedback.
- People and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality outcomes
- Good English communication skills
- Understanding of foundation design principles including visual hierarchy, composition, typography, color, negative space, and balance.
- Organized, clean file management, clean presentation ability.
- Able to follow directions, ask for help, or engage assistance.
