Warehouse Supervisor

**Mô tả công việc**:

Be fully responsible for the warehouse: Manage the quantity of exported goods, imported goods, damage status,

arrangement of locations, etc.
- Manage and arrange goods, materials, raw materials in the warehouse:

- Arrange goods and materials in a scientific manner in the warehouse
- Create and update warehouse diagrams
- Control and ensure the standards of goods in the warehouse:

- Arrange goods in the warehouse according to the manufacturer's instructions
- For perishable goods, it is necessary to manage according to the principle of first in, first out
- Control and manage the implementation of import and export procedures:

- Receive and check documents and papers requiring import, export, delivery or circulation of goods according to regulations
- Carry out import and export of goods and materials for related individuals
- Record import and export receipts
- Monitor the quantity of imported and exported goods in the warehouse every day and compare with the minimum inventory level
- Monitor minimum inventory:

- Monitor and update the quantity of imported and exported goods in the warehouse daily and compare with minimum inventory level to inform relevant departments.
- Compare warehouse data with daily accounting data
- Periodic and ad hoc inventory
- Collaborate with accountants to make month-end inventory reports

- Proficient in SAP software, excel...
