**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, competitors’ movements, etc. to identify business opportunities and issues, and understand unmet needs for business expansion.
- Develops and delivers a sales strategy for the market. Research potential customers and development of business opportunities.
- Driving, leading and inspiring a team of Account Manager / Executives, developing talent, and implementing business strategy.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives by identifying areas of improvement to meet business growth objectives.
- Ensure a high level of client engagement and retention through fostering a strong business relationship.
- Manages sales process and pipeline for all Business Development activities.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relative field.
- At least 5-year of experience of Business Development in Fashion / Sports industry with good analytical, commercial & financial skills and business sense.
- Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Display excellent presentation and communication skills with a particular ability to influence and negotiate agreements with multiple stakeholders.
- Having good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Emers Group was founded in 1997. Began in the commodity industry and diversified businesses that include raw material trading, traditional media, digital media, e-literature, PR, sports & event marketing, sports brand distribution (wholesale, e-commerce & retail), and arts & cultural foundation. Emers Vietnam is established since 2019, and initially in charge of the NIKE GOLF products-line in Vietnam. From 2020, Emers Vietnam Co. Ltd. has become the official exclusive distributor of Nike Sports & Golf in Vietnam and many ASEAN countries.
