**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 23 - 34 triệu VNĐ)

1. Prototype Management
- Collaborate with Thygesen Technical Dept. to create and organize samples for new products
- Ensure samples meet the Brand's standards for functionality and aesthetics

2. Fabric Sourcing
- Source and find suitable Technical Textiles and Materials required for new product development

3. Product/Sample Testing and Improvement
- Conduct testing/fittings of samples to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Work with Thygesen team to implement necessary changes and enhancements

4. Quality Assurance (QA) in product development process & Production stage
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards for our product development process
- Follow quality in production to ensure the final products to meet Ninepine’s quality standard before deliver

5. Project Management:

- Manage the end-to-end product development and production process (Including: setting timelines, updates and project goals
- Ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and within the defined scope

6. Communication:

- Keep the brand's leadership team updated on the progress of product development
- Act as a liaison between the Ninepine’s Headquarters in Sweden and the Thygesen team in Vietnam

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Textile Engineering, Apparel Design, etc.)
- Proven experience in product development (particularly in technical têxtiles and apparel)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly
- High verbal and written proficiency in English
- Familiarity with the fashion and apparel industry, including trends and technology.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with suppliers and factory floor
- Responsibility, quick learning, hard-working, well-organised, proactive, takes initiative
