**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an experienced Thai Linguistic, data collection and labeling
- Test Thai AI-ASR (AutomaticSpeech recognition), combiningwith Thai Linguistic insights for identifying key points for adjustments of the AI output to look more natural for Thai reader, identifying linguistic ruleset for AI to follows.
- Building and maintaining linguistic ruleset for data labeling of Thai language.
- Plans, coordinates, collects and checking label data based on data, making sure data input for AI is of the highest quality possible with unifying rules.
- Responsible for resource allocation, manpower planning, project management and operational training for data collaborators.
- Contributes to the maintenance development and improvement of data tools and devices.
- Assists in the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Assists with the preparation of information, reports, documentation and presentations in Thai
- Undertakes other duties as required.
- Develop and maintain collaborator relationships, recruiting and training new collaborator as project required.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy rules, company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Very good at Thai at native level, and well versed in Thai popular cultural as well as business cultural.
- Beside Thai, must be good at either Vietnamese or English as main communication language with the development team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong connection with student groups from universities for collaborator recruitment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proactive and positive personality and able to work under pressure.
- Working well with basic understanding of IT tools required for data collection job such as Microsoft Office, Googlesheet, S3, Google Drive, Audacity...
