**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Xây dựng và phát triển các chức năng front-end cho ứng dụng trên nền tảng khung Flutter
- Dẫn dắt việc triển khai các chức năng ứng dụng trên nhiều hệ điều hành (iOS, Android)
- Phân tích các yêu cầu về chức năng / kỹ thuật và đưa ra các khuyến nghị về các cách tiếp cận thích hợp và hiệu quả nhất để phát triển giao diện người dùng
- Tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm người dùng ứng dụng bằng cách triển khai các chức năng mới, cải thiện các chức năng hiện có và xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội phát triển kinh doanh và đội back-end trong nhiều dự án phát triển sản phẩm/tính năng
- Đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng của các dự án UI / UX thuê ngoài
- Nghiên cứu các xu hướng và giải pháp UI / UX mới và đưa ra đề xuất về phương pháp phát triển phù hợp nhất
- Đóng góp vào sự phát triển của các sản phẩm, các quá trình và phương pháp phát triển ứng dụng

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Có 2 đến 3 năm phát triển UI / UX trên thiết bị di động, kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1 năm làm việc với Flutter
- Có trải nghiệm thực tế từ quá trình làm việc và thiết kế UI / UX, làm việc chủ yếu với cấu trúc thành phần widget
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển các ứng dụng Android / iOS và triển khai các ứng dụng này trên Google Play / App Store
- Kiến thức vững chắc về cấu trúc OOP, Clean hoặc MVVM
- Kiến thức về các giao thức ngôn ngữ Flutter với các hệ điều hành (Android, iOS) là điều kiện bắt buộc
- Kiến thức về công cụ lập trình DI, giao thức Thread và các công cụ quản lý bộ nhớ
- Kiến thức về các công cụ quản lý phát triển: REST API, Git, Docker
- Có ý tưởng sáng tạo mang tính thực tiễn và khả năng làm việc đa nhiệm trong môi trường làm việc nhóm
- Cam kết đúng thời hạn, định hướng kết quả và có khả năng làm việc nhóm
