**Job description**:

- Trao đổi với các stakeholders (PO, team Product, team MKT, team CSKH, team Sale) hoặc trao đổi với end user để thực hiện xây dựng, cải tiến các chức năng trên sản phẩm nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu người dùng mảng crypto.
- Xây dựng và cải tiến chức năng của hệ thống vận hành (Admin, Web, CMS) - Viết các tài liệu đặc tả cho các chức năng.
- Thiết kế mockup, prototype, phối hợp với designer xây dựng effective UI/UX.
- Hỗ trợ dev, test trong quá trình phát triển ứng dụng, đảm bảo tiến độ dự án.
- Thực hiện UAT, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm trước khi release.
- Xây dựng tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng và đào tạo sử dụng.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác dưới sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh để nghiên cứu và viết tài liệu.
- Kỹ năng viết tài liệu US, SRS..., thiết kế mockup,wireframe, prototype.
- Kỹ năng sử dụng công cụ Figma.
- Ứng viên có hiểu biết về lĩnh vực Blockchain, Crypto.
- Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trade trong thị trường Blockchain, Crypto là lợi thế.
- Kỹ năng lấy yêu cầu, phân tích nghiệp vụ và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Nhiệt tình, có trách nhiệm, có mong muốn và sẵn sàng làm việc cùng startup
