- Coordinate with team (Purchasing/ QA/ WH) to meet production schedule.
- Creating forecasts for production materials, including estimating seasonal fluctuations in demand.
- Communicating with Purchasing team regarding order status and changes in delivery dates or quantities.
- Coordinating with other departments such as QA and Purchasing to ensure that materials are available as plan.
- Reviewing inventory level by SKUs of materials and ordering addinational quantities when necessary.
- Preparing reports om consumption and solved if any abnormal data.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes and cancellations
- Incharge maintain material code in SAP.
- Incharge admin works of Planning department.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Graduating from college or higher
- Have at least **1 year of experience in management and material planning positions in a manufacturing factory**
- Knowing English or Chinese is an advantage
- Good office information technology
- Knowing how to use **SAP/ERP is an advantage**
