**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
As a **UI/UX designer**, you are the key person to cultivating the product spirit to give users the best experience from using Bein. The nature of work is challenging but fulfilling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Product Owners or Product Managers, and the technical development team to design product features from ideas to launch
- Develop information architecture, user flow, hi-fi wireframes, and visual interfaces
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure creative styles are within technical constraints
- Test the feasibility of the design by prototypes
- Make sense of the different problems faced by many groups of users with innovative solutions
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems for end-user interfaces
- Define the design style guidelines and create a consistent look that aligns with Beincomm's brand
- Conduct end-user interface testing to ensure your final works follow the "perfect-pixel" principle
- Contribute to and maintain design systems. Develop perfect-pixel specs and design documentation, based on product requirements

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- **Must have**:

- Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX design with web/mobile app focus (Android, iOS, etc)
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure, or related prototyping software
- Well-understand common user interface engagement behaviors according to devices
- Very strong attention to detail and consistency in design
- Passionate about being an integral part of solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutions
- Up-to-date with design trends, user experience analysis techniques, and research skills
- Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
- **Nice to have**:

- Proficiency in user-centered design thinking methodologies.
- Ability to present design in the context of strategy and user/cultural insights with a persuasive, collaborative approach
- Able to think out of the box and eager to design an iconic product that supports the lives of millions of people
- Ability to manage, plan and lead the team well. Ensure design output meets consistency
