**In this position you will**:Own the Embedded Android System architecture on one or more of the following Android Domains: Networking, Bluetooth or WiFi - envisioning, designing, creating, building and supporting.
- Solve problems which are not clearly defined and have a large degree of ambiguity while translating our organizational vision into functional plans that guide execution.
- Provide technical guidance and lead implementation on a wide range of Android framework, Wifi or Bluetooth or Networking to the team and be the go-to-person for questions, and anticipate developers' needs.
- Mentor and grow developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding.
- Analyse customer, internal requirements and specifications and translate into software designs.
- Design and implement customization for Android Devices.
- Lead and strategize Upgrade Android version and Qualcomm baseline Release.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve development efficiency, quality and technical bench strength.
- Own and optimize Bluetooth, WIFi and networking system key performances and maintain system stability.
- Interface with key internal partners and stakeholders such as external vendors (chipmaker), Product Development Management and other technical cross functional teams.
- Full involvement in the software development cycle including specification definition, architecture design, implementation, testing and review.
- Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options, offer solution suggestions.
- Collaborate and add values through participation in peer design and code review.
- Collaborate with Global software development teams.
- Make performance and optimization trade-offs to meet product requirements.
- Performs root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems.
- Mentor junior software engineers

**The background we’re looking for**:

- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least have 1 year experience in related working experience
