- We are looking for an industry professional to join our opening team, David Green having worked in One, Two, and Three Michelin-starred Kitchens in Europe before returning to Australia as Executive Chef at the much lauded
- Lakehouse in Daylesford will open his first solo venture in District 2.
- Olivia will position itself as a Fine Dining property, offering first-class service and French-inspired cuisine.
- As our Commi Waiter, you will exceed our guest’s high expectations, showing care, dedication, and initiative contribute to our strong culture of teamwork and ensure each guest has a truly memorable experience from the moment they arrive until our final farewell.

- Key Tasks
- I will assist the Section Waiter in the cleaning and hygiene of the business, Including all dining areas, staff room, guest toilets, etc
- Set up and break down all front-of-house areas and deliver Food and Beveridge to our guests under the supervision of Section Waiters.
- Will have knowledge of all Food and Beveridge offerings across Olivia, including flavor profiles, origin, pricing, food portion sizes, and drink pouring quantities.
- Will welcome every guest with a warm smile and contribute to them having a wonderful experience with us.
- Downtime will be spent on extra cleaning, assisting other staff, and learning more about Food and Beveridge and serving our guests.
