**YOUR MISSION**

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product releases. **Essential Functions**:

- ** Manage the (release) backlog**
- Clarify requirements with key stakeholders, document user stories, set priorities, and plan sprints._
- ** Oversee the implementation progress**
- Support the teams to ensure both time & quality objectives are met (Troubleshooting, priorities management, testing...)_
- ** Ensure deliverables meet the company quality standards**
- Conduct functional reviews before changes are delivered to users and help build the engineering culture._

As you get a better understanding of the product & the vision driving its development, you will gradually take a key role in the global backlog management and weigh in early on requirements to ensure they fit in the global picture.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Significant experience as a **Product Owner working on tech products** developed in quick implementation cycles.
- Technical background is a big plus but not mandatory.

**Skills**
- Understanding **business requirements**, turning them into executable development plans that technical teams fully endorse and follow up through the execution.
- **UX** sensibility is appreciated.
- **Wireframing** with tools ((Figma, Balsamiq, Illustration or others)
- Good command of **English** (oral and written).

**Must Have**
- ** Logical thinking**:

- **Structured and concise** communication (both in Vietnamese and English)
- Open-mindedness and willingness of **venturing off the beaten track**
