Marketing Communications: 60%
- Supervises Karcher’s CD/CI
- Adapts Region marketing plan according to local needs with local product Management and Sales
- Implements the Region media strategy in an operative media plan together with the media agency
- Coordinates translations (inhouse/ external)
- Develops local, tactical Marketing concepts in coordination with the region
- Conducts briefings of external agencies
- Coordinates printing-related advertising materials (quantities etc.)
- Adapts of Region and global POS advertising materials
- Creates local POS advertising materials
- Coordinates merchandising materials only if needed
- Coordinates and represents the other functions of his/her team if necessary
- Is responsible for the marketing budget (planning & controlling)
- Trains & manages team members

Digital Marketing (20%)
- Conducts measures for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) on local websites & other relevant channels
- Follows and supports team members regarding Digital marketing activities

Trade Marketing (20%)
- Is the main contact for local POS planning & demands
- Plans seasonal promotion activities, and gets feedback from AKW or Region Trade Mkt support
- Places orders and forecasts for POS material at AKW and if necessary, coordinates sourcing/ production of tactical POS-material
- Creates and maintains Shop-in-Shop system and Pop Up solutions
- Coordinates in-store presence and product placement optimization
- In some cases: Plans, coordinates, and completes local Karcher Centers in coordination with PSC, CMT, and local sales
- Coordinates opening of local Karcher Centers
- Plans, coordinates, and builds up local exhibitions if needed with the support of CMT
- Follows Exhibition Design Guidelines
- Provides information about the exhibition participation in Head quarter (forecast and review)

At least 2 years experience in the same position.
Good communication, coordination, negotiation, planning, and organization skills.
Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.
Proactive, honest, and highly adaptable.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and confidence in working independently.
Fluent in English and office computers.
