**Job Description Summary**

Assistant Merchandiser supports Merchandisers, Category Managers, and Buyers in Spain to track orders, handling samples and interact with transversals teams such as logistics, quality, and CSR.

Supporting in the administrative backup and preparation of samples and quality dossiers for sending to vendors.

**Main responsibilities**
- To provide administrative support to purchasing and merchandising.
- To maintain and update spreadsheets, purchase orders and reports.
- To assist in payments to suppliers when necessary.
- To handle product development and preproduction samples.
- To prepare, manage and send quality dossiers to suppliers and inspection companies.
- Parcel Dispatching coordination.
- To coordinate and work closely with production on order lead-times, handles day-to-day problems, monitor purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery.

**Position Requirements**
- Skills_
- Strong personal and customer service skills to converse easily with co-workers, vendors, and buyers.
- Basic knowledge of raw materials, quality control and costs.
- Basic knowledge of negotiation, strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Planning skills and strong sense of organization and deadline accomplishment.
- Education and Experience_
- No bachelor’s degree is required; but it may be necessary for promotion to upper positions.
- Degree or certificate program in merchandising, customer service or office administration is preferred.
- 1-year previous experience in administrative tasks and converse with customers in office environment, preferably at Retail sector and/or foreign trade office.
- Language_
- Vietnamese native
- English advance in both writing and speaking.
- Computer_
- Basic Microsoft Software knowledge.
- Previous experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a plus.

**Salary**: 15,000,000₫ - 17,000,000₫ per month
