I. COMPANY INFORMATION

II.
1. HR

1.1 Recruitment
- Work with Management and relevant Sections to define the recruitment needs, job requirement, Recruitment Budget
- Consult with Agency and do independent searching for Labor market (recruitment trend, salary range)
- Build/Revise Job Description
- Screen CV, closely work with Agencies to clarify information on the CV
- Arrange and conduct interview (2 rounds)

1.2 On-boarding/ Off-boarding
- Work with relevant Sections to provide On-boarding program and Training Schedule
- Conduct orientation training for new joiners
- Follow-up and give timely feedback and support during on-boarding process
- Give assessment after probationary term & offer official labor contract
- Conduct exist interview and complete off-boarding process

1.3.Performance review
- Collect Letter of Mission (LOM)
- Join with management to give the comments during the LOM interview and give the assessment on the performance of staff.

1.4. Training
- Organize the training activities such as internal labor regulation
- Co-ordinate with Region office to carry out Training Session for Corporate Policies such as Anti-trust and Anti-bribery
- Take the assessment of training needs from each Section and organize the suitable training activities.

1.5. Law and Regulation Compliance:

- Build, update and implement internal regulation such as: internal labor regulation, Anti-trust, Anti-bribery, Policies on Compensation and Benefits, Performance Assessment, etc
- Monitor, remind, guide staffs to ensure the strict compliance with Company regulation.
- Deal with staff discipline and grievances
- Prepare/Renew/Terminate Labor contract and maintain labor records.
- Prepare periodically reports to authorities and Head-Quarter.
- Handle Visa, Work-permit, Temporary Residence Cards and other matters related to Expats.

1.6. Compensation and Benefits
- Track attendance, maintain leave record
- Manage and process monthly salary, send payroll to all employees
- Declare Social insurance, Health insurance, Unemployment insurance in time as per regulation
- Co-ordinate with outsourcing company to prepare Personal Income Tax (PIT) report and annual finalization report.
- Co-ordinate with service provider to register and manage Accident and Health Care insurance
- Design, implement and assess the efficiency of remuneration and team-building to promote employee’s engagement, such as Annual Health-check & Medical Support, Christmas party, Year-end Party, Company trip & Outing.
- Other duties as per instruction from Management.

2. ADMINISTRATIVE
- Handle incoming call, welcome guest
- Booking hotel, airline, restaurant for business trip and welcome guest.
- Purchase and control stationary, office equipment
- Claim and manage office expense: office rental, car rental, telephone fee, electricity and parking fee, etc.
- Process all legal documents for office (IRC, ERC, company charter )
- File and store admin contracts
- Follow up on repairs and maintenance of premises and office equipment.

3. Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree: Business administration, Human Resources or related majors.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in HR in multi-national companies
