Ứng viên sẽ làm việc cùng đội ngũ lập trình viên tài năng để xây dựng, cải thiện và duy trì các ứng dụng web cao cấp, làm việc chặt chẽ với team thiết kế và phát triển để hiện thực hóa các yêu cầu và giải pháp kỹ thuật.
- Thiết kế, phát triển và duy trì các ứng dụng web dựa trên Ruby on Rails
- Hợp tác với các nhóm chức năng khác nhau để xác định, thiết kế và triển khai các tính năng mới
- Code clean, dễ bảo trì và hiệu quả
- Khắc phục sự cố và gỡ lỗi trong quá trình phát triển và sản xuất
- Tối ưu hóa ứng dụng để đạt tốc độ và khả năng mở rộng tối đa Đảm bảo khả thi kỹ thuật của thiết kế UI/UX
- Cập nhật xu hướng và công nghệ mới nổi trong phát triển web

TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES

Giờ làm việc: Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu
- Morning: 8:30 hoặc 9:00 AM - 12:00PM
- Afternoon: 1:00PM-5:30 hoặc 6:00 PM

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với NodeJs hoặc PHP.
- Sẵn lòng và có đam mê học hỏi, chuyển đổi sang phát triển ứng dụng với Ruby on Rails.
- Có kiến thức về HTML, CSS, và JavaScript.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu như MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Hiểu biết về RESTful APIs và web service integration.
- Có kinh nghiệm viết Unit Test
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế.

- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc theo nhóm, làm việc ở cường độ cao và chịu áp lực tốt; có tư duy logic, tự học hỏi công nghệ mới nhanh; chủ động và sáng tạo trong công việc.
- Ham học hỏi, không ngại học hỏi tìm hiểu thêm về Ruby on Rails.
- Hiểu biết tốt về các công nghệ front-end là điểm cộng
- Có kinh nghiệm leader là một lợi thế
