**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the management team and staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Promote continuous learning and professional development.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations, including safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the electronic manufacturing industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Cultural Awareness: Experience working in a multicultural environment and understanding of Vietnamese business practices is a plus.
