**Overview**:
As an Amazon Seller Central Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement processes for products sold by on ecommerce platform. You will collaborate with selling team to identify and secure high-quality products, negotiate terms and pricing, and ensure timely delivery to meet customer demand.
**Responsibilities**:
Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify new product opportunities and expand the range of products available on Amazon Seller Central.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure compliance with Amazon's quality standards and policies.
Product Selection: Work closely with sellers to select products that align with Amazon's brand and customer preferences, ensuring a diverse and high-quality product offering.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive pricing, and potential opportunities for growth within specific product categories.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, margins, and customer reviews, to identify areas for improvement and drive growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to support product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Amazon's policies, including product safety standards, intellectual property rights, and seller performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the seller experience on Amazon Seller Central.
**Qualifications**:
Degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and sellers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Vietnamese & English is required. Chinese is preferred.
