**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites with a focus on functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) into WordPress websites.
- Implement CRM data synchronization, lead capture forms, and user tracking features.
- Customize CRM functionality to align with business needs.
- Develop custom WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality and CRM integration.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to CRM integration and plugins.
- Manage customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Set up and maintain CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to understand CRM requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations for CRM-related projects.
- Document CRM integration processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience of two or more years as a WordPress Developer with a focus on CRM integration.
- Proficiency in WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and customizations.
- Experience with CRM systems and their APIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Strong understanding of web development best practices, responsive design, and user experience principles.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in English.
- Can work full-time on-site in our office in Vinhomes Ocean Park, Hanoi.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in CRM administration or development.
- Experience with CRM data migration and cleansing.
- Knowledge of CRM marketing automation and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM reporting and analytics.
- Experience with other web development frameworks and languages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 14,000,000₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ha Noi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
