**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Head office executive
**I. Overview**
Supporting office work and other departments of the Association.
**II. Function and Tasks**
**_ 1. Supporting the work of the Membership department:_**
- Receiving, tracking, storing and preserving profile of Membership.
**_2. Supporting the work of the External Affairs and International Cooperation Department:_**
- Drafting external documents for agencies, organizations and other international associations.
- Supporting external affairs and international cooperation when needed.
**_3. Supporting the work of the Public Relation and Communication department:_**
- Supporting the work of the department at the request of superiors.
**_4. Performing administrative tasks:_**
- Answering, transferring phone calls, receiving/sending mail;
- Reception of guests coming to work
- Booking air tickets, hotel rooms, visa...
- Preparing room for meetings...
- Maintaining records and documents;
- Implementing & working with superiors to guide departments to properly implement regulations related to Head office Administration.
**_5. Supporting HR jobs:_**
- Assisting in recruiting staff
- Monitoring working hours and the implementation of working rules such as timekeeping, etc.
- Supporting to organize events and welfare programs.
**III. Requirements**:
- Female, good-looking, graduated from University or higher, priority is given to majors in business administration, administrative management, human resource management, priority is given to the age group from 22 to 26;
- Communicating fluently in English, have one of the foreign language certificates such as IELTS (over 6.5); TOEIC (over 700) or equivalent;
- Priority is given to personnel with working experience in professional social organizations, non-profit organizations;
- Priority is given to personnel who are able to communicate fluently in one of the foreign languages French, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish ;
- Required skills: Individual work management, teamwork skills;
- Hardworking, careful, honest, inquisitive, eager to learn;
- Enthusiastic and proactive in work;
- Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, Power Point).

- Working time: 8:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday (lunch break for 1 and a half hours) and 8:00 - 12:00 on Saturday. Closed the second and last Saturday of the month.
