As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the strategic/local account(s) strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinating the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems. Reporting to Country Sales Manager, you will be leading the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understanding the key business drivers of the relevant customer’s business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for ABB. Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans
- Defining and proposing sales targets for the account and ensures their achievement with a structured follow up process across divisions and countries. Selling products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets representing all ABB
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g., frame agreements, AVL related actions)
- Monitoring competitors’ activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. Giving input on market price developments

**Your background**:

- University Degree and/or above in Electrical Engineering or relevant area
- More than 5 years experience working with relevant Distributors, Consultants and Contractors
- Attention to detail, self-starters, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills and result oriented
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory
- Computer literacy
- Good command of spoken and written English
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
