Lead ALV's LI and ET strategy and initiatives (50%)

Represent and drive AL E&C's development in Vietnam (50%)

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
1) ALV LI Business Development (25%)
- Understand & follow up on market developments
- In cooperation with the Cluster LI Team, lead the development of ALVs LI strategy.
- Identify new opportunities on Vietnam markets and prepares associated Sales Winning Strategy and associated econs to be presented to CPR/RIC
- Performs regular customer visits, develop and manage effective networking plan to strengthen relationships

2) ALV Energy Transition Business Development (25%)

- Plan and execute Energy Transition strategy and plan in accordance with the Cluster strategy
- Monthly /Quarterly update with EMO
- Connect to the existing and new customers for Energy Transition exchange of information and identification of opportunities.
- Prepare/update information of AL’s Energy Transition information
- Proactive present the above information to the existing customers
- Close the loop with AL internal eg. E&C for customer requirement
- Gather customer requirements to develop ALV new products example low CO2 footprint gas supply to respond to customer demand or to proactively push customers to adopt low carbon supply
- Develop/support conventional and Energy Transition projects (small projects that we need to develop ourselves), including customer engagement, CPR preparation, Proposal preparation, Business case preparation

3) Engineering & Construction Business Development in Vietnam (50%)
- Secure expected annual order intake on Vietnam markets
- Identify new opportunities on Vietnam markets and prepares associated Sales Winning Strategy to be presented to the appropriate entities / Management level
- Support or lead the Air Liquide E&C Sales and Business development activities in Vietnam in coordination with Regional and Technology Sales for all Product Lines
- Make use of past experiences in Air Liquide Engineering Centers to promote Air Liquide E&C technologies in the portfolio towards third party Customers
- Ensures close interactions and participates to the development of long term partnerships with main local EPC companies
- Maintains Air Liquide E&C Sales Customer Relationship Management Software (PiSA) data entries up to date
- Perform regular Customer visits
- Acts as Air Liquide E&C Key Account Manager for Petrovietnam and affiliates

- Graduated from University with major in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing and related majors.
- Good sales, communication and negotiation skills.
- 3-10 years of working experience
