**Reporting to**: Portfolio & Brand Equity Manager

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Support execution of internal engagement activities under the coaching of Portfolio & Brand Equity (PBE) team members, key tasks include:

- Support online and offline activities of quarterly Townhall and consumer-centricity activities (Plug-In campaign).
- Work with vendors/stakeholders to develop campaign video/slides and support set up of activities.
- Assist PBE team in data collection and analysis related to brand cycle initiatives.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as PR/PO document preparation; follow up the quotation, project timeline, and payment/ receipt status.
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon request.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Final year or fresh university graduate.
- Ideally business-related major and has experience in leading projects or cross-team collaboration.
- Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good project management skills, high interest in brand management and activation.
- Experience in video making, creating PowerPoint slides & organizing games on both offline and online platforms
