**Job Responsibility for Head of Sales **- Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Provide detailed sales forecasting and KPI reporting for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
- Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and policy
- Assists in the development of the sales plan
- Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs
- Direct and motivate the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
- Recommend changes in pricing structures
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

**Requirement for** **Head of Sales - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- More than 10 years-experience in relevant business industries and at least 5 years holding over management position
- Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation
- Has experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches
- Broad client and partner network such as developer, contractor, consultant
- Excellent in English
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Could be go for a business trip
