**Job Detail**:

- Preparing machinery and equipment.
- Designing production lines based on quantity and skill level of workers.
- Creating labor assignment sheets for each product.
- Revising processes and assigning stages to team leaders based on labor assignment sheets.
- Calculating the time required for each production stage on the line.
- Determining labor standards and targets for each product based on actual timing.
- Monitoring hourly production output, identifying bottlenecks in the process, and implementing improvements for the sewing line.
- Conducting studies to improve and reduce the time required for each production stage.
- Collecting production data for each worker in different departments such as sewing, finishing, etc., and daily reporting to relevant departments.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in IE or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IE in the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Proficiency in conducting time and motion studies.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with process optimization and implementing best practices.
- Proficient in using productivity improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
