**About the Department**

The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Our team of Human Resources specialists are guided by four employee commitments: do what is right, build meaningful careers, make a real difference and lead by positive example.

**Job Objectives**

To provide an excellent HR Services and Employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, including on-boarding and off-boarding, HR Data maintenance, execution of employee benefits and employee engagement activities at UOBV offices in Ha Noi.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for employee engagement activities’ execution for UOBV employees in Ha Noi; contribute to employee benefits execution
- Responsible for HR Data maintenance of all related documents, records and control those documents in Ha Noi office.
- Ensures effective delivery of specific solutions that address HR and Business Units / Supporting Units needs, such as monitoring staff profile and HR reports for Ha Noi office;
- Responsible for the HR related tasks in Ha Noi office;
- Be part of HR Contact Center team to handle the related questions;
- Provide the support in assigned HR projects, through project deployment to post implementation review to ensure whole timeline and plan are fully followed up.

**Job Requirements**
- BSc/BA or above in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant HR experience in MNCs. Experience in Banking Industry is preferrable;
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and legal and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude; change mind-set;
- Be able to work under pressure;
- Can communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders;
- English and Vietnamese speaking and writing communication is required.
