- Analyze project requirements, design/execute/update test cases
- Report, track and monitor defects in the defect tracking system
- Raise test risks and issues to test leader if any
- Give ideas to improve testing process
- Ability to coach for new members (for Senior level)

**Basic Qualification**:
**Manual tester**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent
- **Have 1-2 years of experience in manual testing**:

- Critical thinking and good teamwork
- Good at both reading and spoken English.

**Nice to have**:

- Having automotive testing experience is plus
- ISTQB Foundation Certifications
- Automotive-specific development processes (IVI, ASPICE)
- Having knowledge about CANat, CANOes is a plus.
