- Analyze solutions and thoroughly understand the system requirements and software product features.
- Plan, develop strategies, and create testing tools for each product.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in software testing and related processes.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and methodical.
- Writing test cases, checklists, and reporting issues.
- Working closely with the development team to clarify requirements.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Phân tích giải pháp, nắm rõ các yêu cầu về hệ thống, tính năng của sản phẩm phần mềm.
- Lập kế hoạch, xây dựng phương án, công cụ kiểm thử đối với từng sản phẩm.
- Sở hữu kiến thức vững về kiểm thử phần mềm và các quy trình kiểm thử liên quan.
- Cẩn thận, chú trọng chi tiết và có phương pháp làm việc khoa học.
- Soạn thảo các test cases, checklist và báo cáo các lỗi phát hiện trong quá trình kiểm thử.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ phát triển để làm rõ và đảm bảo yêu cầu hệ thống.
- Có khả năng làm việc hiệu quả trong môi trường nhóm và hoàn thành công việc đúng hạn.

- Remote (Làm việc từ xa)
- Onsite (Tại văn phòng)

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Must have:

- Strong documentation skills with clear and detailed reporting.
- Solid knowledge of software testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases and test designs for projects or systems.
- Experience in API testing and familiarity with relevant tools.
- Proficiency in Automation Testing (Selenium, Appium, etc.).
- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
- Programming skills are a plus.
- Solid understanding of database structures, especially SQL.
- Experience in reporting software quality, test coverage, risks, and defects to managers.

Nice to have:

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Ability to work well in a team and support other members.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Basic English skills, knowledge of Japanese is a plus.

Yêu cầu bắt buộc:

- Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong kiểm thử ứng dụng web.
- Kỹ năng viết tài liệu mạnh mẽ với báo cáo rõ ràng và chi tiết.
- Kiến thức vững về các công cụ và phương pháp kiểm thử phần mềm.
- Kinh nghiệm thiết kế và thực hiện test case và test design cho các dự án hoặc hệ thống.
- Kinh nghiệm trong kiểm thử API và quen thuộc với các công cụ liên quan.
- Thành thạo trong kiểm thử tự động (Automation Testing) với Selenium, Appium, v.v.
- Kiến thức về kiểm thử hiệu suất và bảo mật.
- Kỹ năng lập trình là một lợi thế.
- Hiểu biết vững về cấu trúc cơ sở dữ liệu, đặc biệt là SQL.
- Kinh nghiệm báo cáo chất lượng phần mềm, độ bao phủ kiểm thử, rủi ro và lỗi cho người quản lý.

Ưu tiên:

- Kỹ năng phân tích mạnh mẽ và khả năng giải quyết vấn đề dưới áp lực.
- Khả năng làm việc tốt trong nhóm và hỗ trợ các thành viên khác.
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và chủ động trong công việc.
- Kỹ năng tiếng Anh cơ bản, biết tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế.
