We are seeking a recruiting expert to join our team in our goal to equalize opportunities around the globe. As a Global Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for handling our team of recruiters and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes for various clients, with a particular focus on IT roles. Your exceptional talent advisory and client management capabilities will be crucial in delivering top-notch recruitment services and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be expected to nurture a collaborative culture across our team of recruiters in the Philippines and Vietnam.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Leverage your experience in recruitment and knowledge of the local talent market to form effective strategies for identifying and attracting high-quality talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to support business development and expansion efforts.
- Employ a proactive and "get-it-done" attitude to meet recruitment targets and deliver exceptional results.
**Get this opportunity if you have**:
- 5-10 years of overall recruitment experience in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Global experience is a huge plus.
- Experience in handling a team and providing hands on support and guidance.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in handling IT roles, with a solid understanding of IT skill sets and technologies.
- Strong capability in talent advisory and client management, with a track record of delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Highly collaborative and able to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and "get-it-done" attitude, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our team. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 2 interviews with our internal stakeholders. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
