**Job description**:
Vị trí Senior Software Engineer là vị trí quan trọng tại Tokyo Tech Lab, được đảm nhận bởi người có chuyên môn về kỹ thuật cũng như quản lý đội nhóm.
Tokyo Tech Lab hiện có 2 mảng công việc:

- Phát triển product in house
- Phát triển ứng dụng phần mềm cho khách hàng trong và ngoài nước.

Vị trí Senior Software Engineer có thể tham gia và dẫn dắt các sản phẩm theo nguyện vọng và mong muốn phát triển của bản thân và được định hướng trở thành đội ngũ key members, đồng hành phát triển công ty.

**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Phân tích yêu cầu của khách hàng, sản phẩm, đưa ra phương án kỹ thuật hiệu quả;
- Tham gia định hướng và lựa chọn công nghệ của dự án;
- Xây dựng ước tính, đề xuất các giải pháp phát triển. Lập kế hoạch và theo dõi tiến độ dự án, phân chia công việc cho các thành viên, xác định rủi ro và các phương án xử lý;
- Phân tích yêu cầu, thiết kế kiến trúc, CSDL và phối hợp đưa ra phương án kỹ thuật hiệu quả;
- Đưa ra các giải pháp tối ưu, hiệu quả, thông minh để giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng;
- Tham gia vào tất cả các giai đoạn phát triển sản phẩm, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm và tiến độ công việc;
- Phát triển mã nguồn chất lượng. review codes, nâng cao chất lượng codes của team members.
- Khắc phục sự cố và giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật;
- Giao tiếp hiệu quả và hợp tác với các team khác nhau (như BA, Tester, Designer.) để thiết kế, triển khai các tính năng hiệu quả, hợp lý;
- Đề xuất cải tiến về chất lượng sản phẩm, bảo mật và hiệu suất;
- Đóng vai trò làm cầu nối giữa các thành viên nhóm với các cấp quản lý cao hơn. Trao đổi kiến thức, kinh nghiệm với các thành viên để nâng cao kỹ năng, hiệu quả công việc thông qua khả năng truyền đạt rõ ràng;
- Quản lý, lãnh đạo đội ngũ kỹ thuật trong công ty về công việc và con người;
- Đặt ra mục tiêu, quản lý tiến độ, hiệu quả, chất lượng công việc của các thành viên trong nhóm và của toàn nhóm;
- Hỗ trợ về mặt kỹ thuật và đào tạo các thành viên trong đội nhóm để đạt hiệu quả tốt nhất.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành công nghệ thông tin, có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở các dự án phát triển phần mềm với vai trò kỹ sư/ lập trình viên;
- Sẵn sàng học hỏi và tiếp nhận công nghệ mới, ngôn ngữ lập trình mới;
- Chủ động trong công việc;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt;
- Thành thạo một hoặc nhiều trong số những ngôn ngữ lập trình/ nền tảng sau: JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), Golang;
- Có kinh nghiệm với một hoặc nhiều trong số các framework/ thư viện phổ thông như React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, Nest.js
- Express.js, Spring Boot, Laravel, Gin-gonic, Django, Ruby on Rails, Odoo
- Có kinh nghiệm với một hoặc nhiều hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu như Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL,
- MongoDB, search engine (ElasticSearch, Solr);
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Docker, cài đặt CI/CD tool, orchestration tool (Kubernetes, Nomad, Docker Swarm ), triển khai hạ tầng dự án (On-premise hoặc Cloud như AWS / Azure / GCP), quen thuộc với hệ điều hành Linux;
- Thành thạo các công cụ quản lý mã nguồn (Git, SVN) và quản lý dự án (JIRA, Backlog, Asana, Notion...);
- Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh;
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm kỹ thuật hoặc quản lý điều phối nhân sự, lập kế hoạch dự án phát triển phần mềm là một lợi thế lớn.
