**Job description**:

- Nhà thiết kế web sẽ hỗ trợ các chương trình tiếp thị và tạo ra trải nghiệm người dùng hiệu quả bằng cách sử dụng kết hợp các kỹ năng sáng tạo, kiến thức kỹ thuật và nhận thức về thương mại.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về thiết kế giao diện người dùng PC Web / Web di động / Ứng dụng di động và đóng góp UX
- Cung cấp thiết kế và xuất bản giao diện người dùng chất lượng trong một khung thời gian đã thỏa thuận
- Liên tục nghiên cứu xu hướng thị trường và nghiên cứu UIUX
- Tạo và sửa đổi hình ảnh, đồ họa và minh họa theo chỉ dẫn để hỗ trợ các mục tiêu tiếp thị và xây dựng thương hiệu của công ty.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với quản lý sản phẩm và tiếp thị sản phẩm.
- Tạo trải nghiệm người dùng đáp ứng hiệu quả trên nhiều nền tảng.
- Theo dõi các dự án và nhiệm vụ bằng cách sử dụng hệ thống cộng tác nhóm (trello)

**Your skills and experience**:
**Kiến thức & Năng lực chuyên môn**:

- Tốt nghiệp cử nhân ngành thiết kế đồ họa hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan
- Quen thuộc với tích hợp WordPress, CSS, HTML
- Có Kinh nghiệm thiết kế đa nền tảng mạnh mẽ và tính sáng tạo cao.
- Có khả năng chú ý đến chi tiết và kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Khả năng cân bằng nhu cầu của người dùng, lợi ích thương mại và các ràng buộc về công nghệ.
- Khả năng tạo nguyên mẫu bằng HTML / CSS (mong muốn)

**Kỹ năng tin học**:

- Có kiến thức cơ bản về hệ diều hành Windows và các ứng dụng MS Office

**Kỹ năng ngoại ngữ**:

- Khả năng đọc hiểu tiếng Anh tốt, có khả năng dịch tài liệu..

**Số năm kinh nghiệm**:

- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực thiết kế web / đồ họa

**Kỹ năng khác**:

- Tự bắt đầu với khả năng tự quản lý mạnh mẽ
- Khả năng làm việc và hỗ trợ nhóm dưới áp lực với sự giám sát tối thiểu
- Khả năng tổ chức, quản lý, thiết lập và đáp ứng thời hạn và khả năng thực hiện dưới áp lực

- Các ứng viên trúng tuyển tại trụ sở Malaysia : sẽ nhận tiền tệ MYR ( Malaysian Ringgit)

- Hỗ trợ xin visa (cho ứng viên ở Việt Nam), đổi visa (cho ứng viên tại Manila hoặc Malaysia) nếu cần.

- Nghỉ phép năm. (22 ngày phép, mỗi lần nghỉ được 15 ngày)
- Hưởng các chế độ khám sức khoẻ miễn phí định kỳ mỗi năm dành riêng cho nhân viên của Ismart.

- Đi lại bao gồm đoạn đường từ nhà đến công ty và ngược lại
- Nhà ở sẽ do công ty cấp
- Thưởng cuối năm dựa trên mức đánh giá năng lực mỗi năm và theo tình hình hoạt động kinh doanh.
