Textile Trainer

Our client Epsilon is seeking an experienced têxtile trainer to join the team. The trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs for the production staff in our factory specializing in technical garments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop training programs tailored to the specific needs of the production staff working in the technical garment sector.
- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions on advanced production techniques, use of specialized equipment, stringent quality standards, and safety procedures specific to technical garments.
- Evaluate employees' skills and progress, and adjust training programs accordingly to ensure their continuous development.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions for technical garment production.
- Integrate new technologies or innovative methods into training programs to optimize efficiency and quality in producing technical garments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the têxtile industry, preferably in a trainer or similar role, specifically within the realm of technical garments.
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personnel levels.
- In-depth knowledge of têxtile production processes for technical garments, specific quality standards, and associated safety procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to design and conduct training programs tailored to the specific requirements of technical garments.
- University degree or equivalent education in têxtiles or professional training.
