**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- As UX/UI Designer at ITviec, You will take ownership of the UX/UI on our Products such as ITviec website, ITviec blog, ITviec admin sites (internal and external) and Marketing campaigns. We have many ideas waiting to be designed by you._
- Involving with the polish of ITviec website to keep the interface beautiful and easy to use. Direct the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements on our product.
- Transform product mock up, wireframes into user friendly & beautiful design.
- Design elegant solutions to complex workflows.
- Act as the user-advocate during the development process, provide suggestions from a user-centered perspective.
- Work closely with the product owner, tester and development team to make sure all stakeholders understand the design and implement it correctly.
- Verify and check final productions.
- Actively update our product with the latest design trends.
- Direct report to Product Lead.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Must have**:

- Love to create value for users through your design.
- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability.
- Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc..
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Attention to details.
- Knowledge of technical constraints with HTML5, CSS3

**Good to have**:

- Understanding of common software development practices and product management practices
- Good drawing skill is a plus.
- Familiar with a/b test concept.
- Relevant work experience in UX Research or Product Design or UX design is a plus
