- Provide training and coaching TA
- Arrange working schedule for team members
- Observe, evaluate and feedback to improve TA members
- Track and record TA working hours for salary payment
- Prepare TA's monthly timesheet
- Support Academic team with teaching materials
- Checks and correct Student's report
- Prepare teaching materials for classes and center activities
- Prepare monthly teaching materials report
- Conduct Placement Test, Cambridge Exams, IELTS events
- Help with school events, trips and activities
- Translate and support teacher/academic for parent meeting

- Graduated College/University in English/ Education or related field
- From 1 year of experience & above in equivalent positions
- Available for shift working
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Training and leadership skills
- Presentation and classroom management experience
- Outgoing personality and self-motivated
- Passion and interest in Teaching & Education
- IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800 or taking AEG placement Test
