**Job Description**:
As EIR you will be challenged to think creatively and overcome business challenges in a fast-paced team environment. You will work in a cross-functional role and contribute in multiple areas including coaching operations, business analytics, marketing. customer acquisition and product development. You’ll learn how to build a customer-centric service and build a new brand from scratch.

**As part of Ayobody’s venture development team, your responsibility will be to**:

- Work with our Head of Growth and develop sales and growth strategies;
- Work with our coaching, sales and product teams to optimise the customer acquisition, onboarding and retention flows;
- Test customer acquisition strategies using telesales, digital marketing and marketing automation;
- Optimize internal processes to more effectively and efficiently run day-to-day operations;
- Structure and carry out initiatives to propel the business forward;
- Set up tracking and reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly to inform strategy.

**Qualifications**:
**This position might be a good fit if you**:

- Are self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced team environment;
- Enjoy working with new technologies and testing out new tools;
- Have a good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and Englush;
- Available for 4 - 12 months.
