**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design and Develop user interface architecture, components, and reusable libraries.
- Research and integrate web3 & blockchain technologies.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Perform peer code review.
- Provide best practices, design patterns, coding convention and code coverage guidelines.
- Work with QA to achieve 100% unit-test and test automation. Work with QA to achieve high code coverage.
- Collaborate with other team members and participate in cross-functional group tasks.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Must have**:

- At least 3 years experience as a front-end developer.
- Experience in ReactJS/NextJS and Typescript is a must.
- Familiar with package management tools like npm, yarn, pnpm.
- Familiar with git and understand git-flow.
- Experience in building interfaces with libraries/frameworks such as Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, Ant Design...
- Understanding of CSS preprocessors platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Basic understanding of the web3, blockchain, and decentralized systems.

**Nice to have**:

- Familiar with libraries in React's ecosystem such as: redux, redux-thunk, react-use... o Experience working with crypto-related libraries such as web3js, etherjs, wagmi...
- Ability to read and understand smart contracts (Solidity)
- Experience working with linter (eslint, stylelint,...) and code formatter (prettier) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in mobile, trading, or financial system is a big advantage.
