The Role

The Operations data analyst sits within Saigon South Student Recruitment team.

The role is directly responsible for all data processes from data entry, data analytics and data report to shape recruitment strategy.

Your Responsibilities

CRM Management
- Develop and manage data warehousing framework to support data accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with Program Advisors to manage data requirements to qualify potential leads
- Develop policies and maintain data security and protection measures
- Oversee all user accounts, access permissions and authority levels
- Track and monitor communication templates and workflow settings
- Develop automation flows to enhance recruitment efficiencies
- Monitor data life-cycles attributes from new inquiry, potential lead, hot prospect, enrolment and archive
- Conduct ongoing training for sales team members and other internal stakeholders to ensure new system developments are communicated

Reporting and analytics
- Maintain all sales performance dashboards and reports and ensure for consistency with SRS data
- Analyse sales data to provide for business intelligence and sales insights
- Develop the CRM capabilities to meet changing business requirements and to capture changing trends, insights and customer profiles
- Perform data audits to monitor prospective pool sizes and segments

Cross campus support
- Ensure the data warehousing frameworks, performance dashboards, templates and workflow settings are implemented nationwide
- develop nationwide sales reports and business intelligence insights for senior management
- ensure business requirements and needs are considered for system upgrades and capability enhancements

Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (Business/Statistics)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar data collection or analysis position
- Experience producing a variety of reports based on quantitative data.
- Experience in working with databases, database tools, undertaking data collection, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive and difficult situations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Extremely strong attention to detail; well-developed ability to maintain accuracy in reporting over extended time periods and while working with large data sets
- Strong prioritising and organisational skills.
- Ability to accurately document work processes.
- Understanding of continuous improvement processes
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills including ability to communicate with staff at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Demonstrated complex issue resolution and decision-making skills including the ability to seek relevant additional information.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to convey complex information, ideas and concepts clearly and efficiently to a variety of different audiences.
