**Job description**:
Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Junior Mobile Developer nhiệt huyết và có động lực cao để gia nhập đội ngũ của mình. Vai trò này yêu cầu phát triển ứng dụng di động sử dụng Flutter với trọng tâm chính là đảm bảo chất lượng. Nhiệm vụ chính bao gồm phát triển tính năng, tối ưu hóa hiệu suất, tích hợp API và đảm bảo khả năng tương thích trên nhiều thiết bị và nền tảng.

**TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH**
- Phát triển và duy trì các ứng dụng di động Flutter với sự tập trung vào chất lượng và hiệu suất.
- Xây dựng các tính năng mới và nâng cao chức năng cho các ứng dụng hiện có.
- Tối ưu hóa hiệu suất ứng dụng và xử lý sự cố nhanh chóng.
- Tích hợp API và các dịch vụ bên thứ ba vào ứng dụng di động.
- Phát triển các gói và plugin tùy chỉnh cho các dự án Flutter.
- Phân tích và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến ứng dụng một cách hiệu quả.
- Sử dụng công cụ và kỹ thuật tối ưu hóa hiệu suất ứng dụng.
- Gỡ lỗi và điều chỉnh ứng dụng để mang lại trải nghiệm người dùng tốt nhất.
- Đảm bảo khả năng tương thích trên nhiều thiết bị và nền tảng (iOS và Android).

**Kinh nghiệm**:

- Hiểu biết vững chắc về lập trình di động và các kỹ thuật phát triển ứng dụng di động.
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm với Dart và Flutter.
- Có kiến thức về state management: BLoC, GetX,...
- Hiểu biết về lập trình hướng đối tượng (OOP).
- Biết áp dụng nguyên tắc SOLID và các design patterns trong dự án.
- Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian tốt, đảm bảo hoàn thành công việc đúng hạn.
- Hiểu biết về các nguyên tắc UX/UI để mang lại trải nghiệm người dùng xuất sắc.

- Kinh nghiệm phát triển native (iOS/Android).
- Thành thạo xây dựng ứng dụng phản hồi tốt, tương thích với nhiều kích thước màn hình khác nhau.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ và công nghệ liên quan đến phát triển Flutter.
- Hiểu biết về kiến trúc phần mềm và thiết kế có thể mở rộng.

**Bằng cấp**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc liên quan.

**Ngoại ngữ**:

- Tiếng Anh: Đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật; giao tiếp tốt là lợi thế.
