**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Trực tiếp thực hiện hoặc hỗ trợ BA / Sr. BA để làm yêu cầu kinh doanh / yêu cầu thay đổi
- Tiến hành phân tích nhu cầu kinh doanh và người dùng để hiểu các yêu cầu. Dẫn dắt và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ các cuộc họp với người dùng doanh nghiệp.
- Chuyển đổi các yêu cầu / nhu cầu thành các mô hình / thuật ngữ / tài liệu kỹ thuật có thể được sử dụng bởi nhóm SW Development / System và DBA / Architect để triển khai trên các hệ thống / ứng dụng Finacle
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với nhóm phát triển CNTT và các bên thứ ba để thiết kế, xác nhận và quản lý việc thực hiện các giải pháp cho các yêu cầu.
- Duy trì cập nhật các tài liệu được phát triển trong quá trình thu thập, phân tích và thiết kế hệ thống / ứng dụng yêu cầu.
- Tạo đề xuất tài liệu cho các yêu cầu phức tạp. Lập báo cáo về yêu cầu của người dùng, danh sách tài liệu, quy trình yêu cầu thay đổi
- Đào tạo / bàn giao cho nhóm Hỗ trợ CNTT: Sử dụng kiến thức thu được trong quá trình phân tích yêu cầu và triển khai hệ thống / ứng dụng để thiết kế, lập kế hoạch và cung cấp đào tạo người dùng cho bàn dịch vụ CNTT / Nhóm Hỗ trợ Ứng dụng CNTT (tùy trường hợp).
- _Direct implement or support BA/Sr. BA to do business requirements/change requests_
- _Conduct analysis of business and user needs in order to understand requirements. Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users._
- _Working closely with IT development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements._
- _Create document proposal for complex requirements. Make reports about user requirements, list of documentation, process of change requests_

**Quản lý Nhân Sự**
- Quản lý khối lượng công việc của một nhóm (4-5 người)
- Hỗ trợ thành viên nhóm hoàn thành công việc thông qua phát triển và duy trì khung làm việc
- Hướng dẫn cho thành viên nhóm theo các ưu tiên kinh doanh

**_ Education_**
- Bằng đại học, tốt nhất là trong lĩnh vực CNTT hoặc kỹ thuật.
- Có bất kỳ chứng chỉ Phân tích Kinh doanh (CCBC / CBAP) sẽ là lợi thế
- Có bất kỳ chứng chỉ Chủ sở hữu sản phẩm nào (PSPO I / PSPO II / CSPO) sẽ là lợi thế
- _ University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas._
- _Having any Business Analyst certificate (CCBC/CBAP) would be advantage_
- _Having any Product Owner certificate (PSPO I / PSPO II /CSPO) would be advantage_

**Kinh nghiệm**

**_ Experience_**
- _ 3 years’ experience in banking/financial company (experience in banking/finance/related products (origination /servicing/collections))_
- _8 years of experiences in System Development and Business Analysis_
- _Work in full SDLC for at least 3-4 projects/systems_

**Kỹ năng kỹ thuật**

**_ Technical skills_**
- Kỹ năng tổng thể BA (thu thập yêu cầu, tạo tài liệu kỹ thuật)
- Kỹ thuật lưu đồ BPMN
- Kinh Nghiệm trong Core Banking / Nền tảng cho vay (Finory / FinnOne, v.v.) bao gồm các mô-đun như (Khởi tạo khoản vay / Quản lý khoản vay, v.v.)
- Kinh Nghiệm xây dựng một hệ thống mới từ đầu sẽ là lợi thế
- Kinh Nghiệm đối với tích hợp hệ thống nguyên tắc SOA, Tiếp xúc với các dịch vụ web (SOAP / REST) sẽ là lợi thế
- Kinh Nghiệm để làm việc với một số cơ sở dữ liệu phổ biến (MySQL / Oracle / MSSQL) bao gồm truy vấn dữ liệu, viết hàm / thủ tục lưu trữ, v.v.
- Kinh Nghiệm đề xuất / thiết kế kiến trúc giải pháp / hệ thống sẽ là lợi thế
