New Product Launching Plan
- Co-ordination and liaise with internal and external parties for preparation and launching of new products. Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns and prepare communication plans for SC channel.
- Monitor sales of Sony Centers and input plan for post-launch and sustaining phase. Review results to evaluate effectiveness & execution methods of MKT campaigns.
- Track performance of promotional activities, events and input market insight.

Sale monitoring
- Keep tracking sale performance of each SC by categories wise model wise, ensure to maintain healthy model mix.
- Understand target customers of each SC to generate relevant activities to push sale.
- Observe market trends, analize consumer markets activities to identify source of issues and opportunities, and plan for counter measure.

ATL/BTL Communication
- Manage and drive effective digital marketing strategies across social media

Deliver right message of product key features, promotions and special events.
- Support dealers to run livestream or unbox to increase awareness about new product launch. Gain customers attention and interaction about store activities through online communication to drive traffic to stores.
- Plan and execute tactical marketing campaigns to atract visitor and increase Sell-out for new stores.
- Deliver activity on time, in-line with agreed budgets to maximize company profit and ensure a return on investment.

Demand Creation
- Manage to deliver monthly workshops, involving idea proposal, cost estimation, stock preparation, related promotion
- Build relationships with KOLs, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance and ensuring quality of services.
- Generate seasonality activities_store activation, contest

Follow up with Sony Center dealers to propose suitable instore activation to increase traffic & support sale based on their performance.

Promotion planning
- Develop all promotion programs, including seasonal and tactical promotion to push sales

Proposal of promotion plan for slow moving models or special events when necessary.
- Forecast and control ROI each promotion
- Control master MKT calendar and related MKT assets.
- Work with dealers on execution and verify sale results.

Other tasks as required by the line manager.
