**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Golang/Python
- Over 4 years of in-depth knowledge in back-end programming
- Proficient in SQL databases, such as Postgres or MySQL
- Strong command of RESTful API design
- Extensive experience in unit and functional testing, as well as debugging
- Exceptional delegation and time management skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Effective English communication skills
- Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented architectures
- Hold a university degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Higher Education
- Eagerness to learn and develop new languages
- Experience in developing group projects
- Over 1 year of experience in languages other than Python or GO
